Q: Can I receive a refund after I place an order?

A: All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Q: Can I pick-up in store the same day I order online?

A: In store purchases cannot be combined or redeemed or substituted for an online purchase. When purchasing online, your order is always shipped. If you'd like to have your order held in store for pickup, you may request a hold via email. 


Q: How soon can I pickup an order if I request to have it held in store?

A: Within 2 BUSINESS days after you order. (Holidays & weekends are not business days.)


Q: How long is shipping?

A: 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS. (Holidays & weekends are not business days.)


Q: How long is processing? What is processing?

A: Processing & handling is usually 1-2 days (48 hrs max.) If your payment method needs verification, processing may take longer than usual. Processing is the process of packaging, confirming and handling your order. If you've placed an order for an item that is not currently in stock, it has to be processed to be shipped out. *Please make sure you profile matches your billing address and shipping address to avoid delays.


Q: Should I co-wash my bundles?

A: Co-washing is recommended, but not required. Our hair is chemical and odor free. If you'd like to stabilize the texture, manipulate the smell or deep condition, co-wash is highly suggested.
